About The RoleAs a Junior Talent Discovery Consultant, you’ll partner with the Talent Discovery team and Hiring Managers to proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. With guidance from the team, you’ll progressively manage end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with Consultants, Leads, and Directors.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in profile alignment meetings and kick-off calls with Hiring ManagersCollaborate with stakeholders to design effective sourcing strategiesProactively identify and engage talent across the digital and technology marketsPropose innovative sourcing ideas and new candidate-attraction channelsCoordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidatesAdvocate for candidates when presenting profiles to business leadersOpen, post, and continuously update job vacancies in GreenhouseMaintain accurate recruitment data and support clean, reliable reportingGuide Hiring Managers on standard Talent Discovery processes and best practicesProgressively manage assigned searches from initial briefing through final offer, with support as neededOther duties as assignedAbout YouQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience performing talent sourcing or foundational recruitment responsibilities, ideally in an agency or digital environmentAdvanced or fluent English, with the ability to conduct interviews, hold professional conversations, and write clear emails and reportsSolid knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and proactive talent-hunting techniquesExperience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system is preferredFamiliarity with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace and SlackInterest in or general knowledge of the digital and technology market ecosystemStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skillsCandidate-focused mindset with the ability to deliver a positive recruitment experienceProactive, curious,
