CHIEF ACCOUNTANTJob summary:Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and monitoring of budget performance with variance analysis.Ensure full compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring effective delegation and timely completion of tasks.Establish and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and enhance financial accuracy.Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA,
