We're looking for an analytical professional with experience in manufacturing environments who enjoys identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through labor analysis, time studies, and process optimization.In this role, you'll support manufacturing operations by establishing labor standards, analyzing production processes, and identifying opportunities to eliminate waste while improving productivity.Key Responsibilities:Analyze manufacturing process videos and production workflows.Conduct time and motion studies using methodologies such as MODAPTS/ModApps.Establish standard labor times and man hour calculations.Perform productivity audits and compare vigente performance against established standards.Identify waste, inefficiencies,



and non value-added activities within manufacturing operations.Support the development of new labor standards and manufacturing processes.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve production efficiency.Requirements:Advanced English proficiency (B2 to C1).Manufacturing industry experience is required (must have).Experience analyzing manufacturing operations, production processes, or shop-floor activities.Experience with labor standards, time studies, and motion studies.Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and process improvement methodologies.Industrial Engineering background preferred.Lean Manufacturing knowledge required; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.Please note: Candidates without manufacturing industry experience or without a minimum B2 English level will not be considered for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
