At TDCX, we’re looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in providing strategic support to our business units, managing disciplinary processes, and contributing to key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic partner to various business units, understanding their needs and providing HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and execute disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Support conflict resolution and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.
- Participate in HR projects related to organizational culture, performance, and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR processes.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience.





Requirements

1. 1 or 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in dynamic or multinational environments.
2. Experience handling disciplinary processes.
3. Ability to interact with various business areas and leadership levels.
4. Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written), required for communication and documentation.
5. Knowledge of local labor laws.
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
