Key Responsibilities

- Strategic sourcing techniques and employer branding.
- Lead kick‑off meetings with hiring managers to create or align job descriptions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires in LATAM and Europe.
- Build or improve assessments for any required roles and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with company culture and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
- Mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team.
- Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs and virtual events.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the ATS.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned.
- Run the onboarding and off‑boarding process to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end experience.

Qualifications

- Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.




- Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (IT industry experience desired).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
- Proficiency with tools such as Slack, G‑Suite, Jira, and similar platforms.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Strong planning skills: time management, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with low supervision.
- Positive and open‑minded communication style.
- Experience thriving in a fast‑paced start‑up/tech environment: proactive, resourceful, able to manage uncertainty, and autonomous in a dynamic setting.
