Based in San Antonio, Texas, VND (www.vndx.com) has been a leader in web/app development, IT solutions, and server hosting since 2002. We are seeking a remote sales agent to join our hybrid team. If you have the drive and vision to shape the future, we want to hear from you!

What would a day in the work week of this person look like?

- Prospect & find those gold leads: cold calls, emails, networking (targeting the U.S. market and pitching in English).
- Educate prospects before pitching; focus on empowering rather than just selling.
- Collaborate with marketing for effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
- Negotiate, close deals, and provide VIP treatment to clients.
- Maintain CRM updates with daily wins.

Your Role:

- Prospecting: Use Apollo.io for lead hunting via cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify key targets.
- Value Communication: Present the benefits of our IT solutions and software development,



using Instanly.ai for email marketing.
- Sales & Satisfaction: Effectively negotiate and close deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry shifts and competitor tactics to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years in tech sales with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of Instanly.ai and Apollo.io tools.
- Some college experience; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Full-time commitment: M-F, 8am-5pm CST, with remote flexibility.
