What You Will Do

- Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product through outbound cold calls, emails, or social media.
- Personalize content to create a human connection and ensure prospects feel valued.
- Pass on sales‑qualified leads to an account executive to close.
- Understand client needs and brainstorm interventions with the team to generate interest in targeted industries and segments.
- Participate in training sessions, learning from top‑notch sales professionals.

What You Will Need

- Recent graduate with a degree in a related field (inside sales experience is a plus).
- Good exposure to the e‑commerce industry.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.




- Creative researcher to target markets, identify key players, and generate leads.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
- Strong problem‑identification and objection‑resolution skills.
- Preferred: digital marketing‑related experience in a customer‑oriented role.
