You are a versatile content creator with an impeccable aesthetic eye, responsible for leading the visual image of an ecosystem of 8 e-commerce brands in Mexico. You are a visual strategist who understands how to convert videos or art into real sales.

Responsibilities

- Design multimedia art: Create static content for social media, web banners (Medusa), email marketing layouts, and high-impact promotional materials.
- Integral production: Coordinate monthly photoshoots, including model casting, location scouting, and art direction. You will ensure all 8 brands have fresh content every month.
- Content creation (UGC & Video): Record and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) with a sales focus. Master narrative techniques to retain the audience in the first 3 seconds.
- Community success: Supervise customer service bots and provide human responses in strategic cases. Your goal is for the community to feel heard and to close sales directly in DMs/comments.
- Brand identity: Manage the integral visual aesthetic and support the design of converting newsletters.

Requirements

- An obligatory portfolio demonstrating skills in video editing (CapCut/Premiere/TikTok) and professional graphic design.

- Excellent spelling and a natural spark to connect with the audience.
- Self-management capability to handle the workflow of 8 brands simultaneously.
