Role Overview

As a technical subject matter expert, you will support pre and post‑sale proof‑of‑concept customer engagements featuring NICE CXone technologies in combination with other customer experience platforms and technologies. You will enable clients to explore CX technologies like CCaaS, CRM, AI, Analytics, and proprietary IP in a custom‑built cloud environment and guide them through the solution before full deployment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Participate in pre and post‑sales SandcastleCX engagements.
- Collect customer requirements, design, and documentation.
- Define and aid with the acquisition of dedicated technology stacks for SandcastleCX engagements.
- Plan and coordinate ongoing customer enablement sessions, demonstrating existing and new platform features.
- Identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
- Build and prove out critical and key use cases with customers.
- Help resolve customer objections and infuse confidence by de‑risking implementation or cloud migration projects.
- Maintain expertise in CX and related technologies, TTEC Digital IP, and services offerings.
- Familiarise yourself with contact center and IP telephony technologies from various partners.
- Understand customer relationship management solutions focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Apply AI and Analytics capabilities from our internal offerings and partners.
- Engage in pre‑sales strategic business consulting.
- Leverage TTEC Digital IP solutions such as Smart Apps, Interaction Sync, and AI Gateway.




- Support TTEC Digital Managed Services and pre‑packaged service offerings.
- Utilise TTEC Digital Support offerings and hosted offerings, such as Azure and hosted applications/platforms.
- Work with network and system infrastructure offerings, including core system deployment and network assessments.
- Maintain knowledge of competing technologies and competitive intelligence (CI) released by TTEC Digital vendors and generated in‑house.
- Possess 10+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Have 5 or more years’ experience in NICE CXone and UC environments.
- Earn certifications in CXone ACD/IVR, DFO, QM, CXone WFM, Interaction Analytics, and Cognigy (preferred).
- Possess broader experience with telco and contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five9, or similar) for complex business needs.
- Have experience with Omilia and Cognigy.
- Have experience with CRMs and integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Apply network infrastructure knowledge.
- Present to executive level stakeholders, both technical and non‑technical.
- Create technical architecture diagrams using tools like Lucidchart and customer presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Build demos or POCs for enterprise customers.
- Translate technical recommendations into customer business value through verbal and written communication.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Act as a team player and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Travel up to 30% for customer and partner meetings.
