Your Mission

You're the AI builder who increases the technical leverage of the entire Implementation team: you build and test tools, pipelines, and automation that make implementations faster, more reliable, and less dependent on manual work. This is a hands‑on, strategic role: you read the team's needs and propose solutions and process improvements. Data migration and validation is the immediate and most prominent focus, and your impact spans the entire implementation workflow. You work 100% dedicated to Implementation, report to the Head of Solution Delivery & Onboarding, and have the potential to grow into a leadership role driving innovation across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Increase the team's technical leverage: build and test tools, validators, template generators, and reusable utilities.
- Design ETL/ELT pipelines and data validation workflows (OCR and LLMs for unstructured data, automated standardization and cleanup, agent-based QA).
- Evolve multi-vendor migration tools and build external data validation (evidence of complete and accurate migrations, with less manual verification).
- Automate the creation of reproducible client instances.
- Participate in technical discovery with clients when applicable and translate requirements into migration strategies and engineering solutions.
- Listen to the team's needs, propose automation, AI, and process improvements, and apply maintainable engineering practices (logging, reconciliation, auditability).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn recurring needs into product capabilities.




- Document everything and keep it reproducible; prioritize by impact (what's reusable and what most reduces delivery time), building for current releases while keeping upcoming ones in mind.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in software development, data engineering, systems integration, or automation.
- Python (or a similar language) and SQL, with relational database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (such as DynamoDB).
- Experience with ETL/ELT, APIs, CSV, JSON, Excel, and bulk data loads.
- Data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with technologies and languages such as NodeJS, TypeScript, React.
- Experience building and testing end-to-end solutions, with maintainable engineering practices (Git, testing).
- Familiarity with applied AI (LLMs, prompting, agents, AI API integration) and responsible use of AI coding assistants.
- Autonomy, a strong sense of agency, product mindset, and results orientation.
- Clear communication, both with clients and with Product.
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher level)

Nice to Have

- Experience in client onboarding or professional services.
- CRM or legacy system migrations (Salesforce, Blackbaud/Altru, DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge, Tessitura).
- Development of internal tools or platforms.
- Data orchestration and tooling (Airflow, dbt, Dagster, or similar) and cloud/CI-CD infrastructure.
- Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with museums, nonprofits, or cultural institutions.
