How you'll make an impact

- Lead and coordinate digital projects across design, research, analytics, and content teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Refine and champion Agile practices to ensure smooth workflows and successful project outcomes.
- Manage website projects from intake to release,



keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Facilitate team meetings, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to foster collaboration and progress.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for project management tools like Azure DevOps, PlanView Project Place, and Lucid Chart.
- Track project progress, report metrics, and proactively address risks to keep timelines on track.
- Collaborate with Gallagher Technology Services and cross-functional teams to ensure feature delivery meets expectations.
- Continuously improve project management processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About you

You’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for digital innovation and teamwork. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Here’s what sets you apart:

- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant project management experience in marketing or agency settings, with a solid understanding of website digital projects.
- Skills: Strong technical proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, PlanView Project Place, Lucid Chart) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile practices and ceremonies (must have), with a preference for Agile Scrum Master certification.
- Bonus: Experience in insurance, finance, or benefits consulting is a plus, but not required.
