We’re expanding and looking for a Marketing Creative Assistant to join our remote team as a freelancer. This role is adecuado for someone who understands the full digital ecosystem, has a creative eye, and is driven by performance, communication, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing and responding to all social media platforms and emails to ensure timely, warm, and strategic communication with our community and clients.
- Overseeing and organizing marketing creatives and ad campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Supporting the creation of landing pages, ad creatives, and sales funnels that convert.
- Monitoring ad performance and collaborating on creative optimization to increase conversions and engagement.




- Assisting with SEO tasks and content management to boost online visibility.
- Collaborating with our core team to ensure the execution of projects that exceed expectations.
- Supporting copy and content ideation with a focus on results, clarity, and connection.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance campaigns.
- Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, WordPress, Canva, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Zoho CRM.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for engaging visuals and compelling messaging.
- Ability to understand brand tone and audience needs to deliver impactful content.
- Organized, proactive, and results-focused.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Fast learner, team player, and problem-solver.
- Reliable internet, laptop, and headset for communication.
