Responsibilities

EssentialFunctions & Accountabilities:

In-Clinic Training:

- Lead andexecutehands‑ontrainingsessionsforcustomersinclinics.
- Offerdemonstrations andtailoredlessonstofosteradeeperunderstandingoftheCSIportfolio.
- Createlocalin‑clinic "embryo careprojects"thatclinicallydemonstratethatwecanprovideasafer journeyforgametes and embryos,creatingtestimonials andin‑clinic data and businesscases .
- Conductin‑clinicvitrificationtraining,ensuringcustomersareproficientandconfidentin the process.

CustomerSupport&Satisfaction;:

- Assistcustomersinproductevaluations,ensuringtheyselecttherightsolutionsfortheirneeds.
- DevelopClinicalApplicationScientistconsultancyprogramthatensuresthat laboratories are

performingtotheirfullpotential.

- Whilstin-clinicensuresallcustomerEQneedsaremet-e.g.optimaluseofRIW,checkingservice up-to-date,ensuringoptimaluseofCSIequipment-andforwardanyEQleadstoEQSM
- Provide in depth product training and give necessary technical support to CooperSurgical distributors in the region

KnowledgeSharing&BestPractices;:

- ActasarepositoryofknowledgefortheCSIportfolio,offeringinsightsandbestpractices.
- Facilitateworkshopsandsessionstoimpartessentialknowledgetobothcustomersandcolleagues.
- Collaborate closelywithregionalteams, sharingknowledge,andassistingintrainingwhereneeded.




- Increase# publications/congress talks/local data/testimonials supporting both CSI #1InEmbryo CARE andin clinic implementation.
- Works closelyas part ofthe general Professional Education and Clinical Support team (PECS), toensurealignmentofactivitiesand sharing ofglobal best practices.Joins PECS meetings asdeemed appropriate by the Global Senior Director of Professional Education and Clinical Support.
