This is a remote position. We are looking for an IT professional with experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and specialized in advanced technical support (L2/L3) for corporate applications.

The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in the Java ecosystem, experience with traditional frameworks such as Struts, and solid capabilities in database management, including query optimization, data modeling, and scripting.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in development support or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of the Java ecosystem
- Experience working with frameworks such as Struts
- Solid experience in database management and query optimization
- Knowledge of scripting and data modeling
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in corporate environments




- Experience working with relational databases

Responsabilidades

- Provide advanced technical support (L2/L3) for enterprise applications
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to application development
- Work with Java technologies and traditional frameworks such as Struts
- Manage databases from a development perspective, including query optimization, data modeling, and scripting
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure application stability and continuity
- Participate in the software development lifecycle by providing specialized technical support
