What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or business development
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Charismatic, persuasive, and confident on the phone
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- BPO industry experience is a plus
- Goal-driven with a genuine passion for sales
