At Venture Integral Solutions, a U.S.-basedcompany, we are looking for a Customer and Sales Representative todeliver outstanding customer experiences, drive revenue growth, andbuild long-term relationships with our American clients. This on-site position in Barranquilla, Colombia offers an exciting opportunity to grow withina company that values innovation and excellence in the U.S. market.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM -4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter)

- Engage with U.S.-based clients,understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, leadgeneration, and effective negotiation.
- Provide exceptional customerservice, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Manage and update CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Stay up to date with U.S. markettrends and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development,or customer service.
- English proficiency: B2-C1 (mandatory) – You willinteract with U.S. clients daily.
- Strong communication, persuasion,and negotiation skills – You know how to close a deal!
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed salestargets.
- Experiencewith CRM tools
