What you’ll do
- Prepare freight quotations across Air, Ocean, and Inland
- Ensure same-day turnaround (Air) and 24h (Ocean when needed)
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors for rates
- Maintain accurate records in pricing systems
- Support sales teams and general stakeholders
- Prioritize workload based on urgency and complexity
- Escalate complex cases when required
Requirements
- Must have:
- 1–3 years in freight pricing or logistics quoting
- Experience with Air, Ocean or Inland freight
- Intermediate Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced English
- Nice to have:
- CargoWise, Cargosphere, WebCargo
