Finance Manager

At StaffingAbroad, we are looking for a Finance Manager for one of our clients — a family‑founded company that has become a national leader in haircare. We are seeking a professional who can lead the day‑to‑day financial operations and drive the company’s profitability.

About the Role

This position will oversee end‑to‑end financial operations, including invoice management, expense control, vendor oversight, margin analysis, forecasting, and compliance. Although the company works with an external accounting firm, this role is fully embedded within the organization, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow.
- Review departmental expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Conduct ongoing margin analysis, COGS tracking, promo performance evaluation, and channel profitability reviews.
- Develop financial models, 3–6 month forecasts, and scenario planning.
- Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and key KPIs (margins, LTV:CAC, burn rate, etc.).
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product, and HR to support strategic financial decisions.
- Oversee compliance activities: taxes,



licenses, internal controls, and financial documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of financial management experience with proven background in e‑commerce companies (REQUIRED).
- Experience in DTC, CPG, or digital consumer brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and tools such as QuickBooks, Gusto, or Ramp.
- Strong experience in margin analysis, budgeting, variance evaluation, and financial forecasting.
- Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to identify errors, anomalies, and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Nice to Have

- CPA or MBA
- Experience with Amazon, Shopify Plus, or TikTok Shop
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or Sage
- Knowledge of cost accounting for physical products
