Do you want to apply your financial analysis and modeling skills to solve the world’s most complex infrastructure? Challenges such as:
- Assessing the financial and economic viability of low‑carbon technologies
- Developing financial and regulatory structures to enable solar‑powered mini‑grids to provide electricity to people in rural areas, affordably and sustainably
- Designing recovery strategies and tariffs that meet an energy utility’s goal of cost recovery, efficiency, affordability, and simplicity

We have exciting positions in our Energy Practice based in our Bogotá Office for Economic and Financial Analysts or Senior Analysts who share our passion: Thinking for a Better World.
Who we’re looking for
- A degree in Economics, Finance or similar. Law and Engineering qualifications are also valuable
- At least two years relevant experience
- Knowledge of and experience in the electricity/energy sectors
- Relevant work experience, for example in the Ministry of Finance, Economy or Planning, a Consulting Firm,
or an International Financial Institution
- The desire and ability to learn new things fast
- Native‑level fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus
- Colombia work authorization.
