Appcoders Labs is seeking a Bilingual NetSuite Functional Specialist (English / Spanish) to join our growing team.

We’re looking for a skilled professional with solid experience in NetSuite configuration, optimization, and user training, able to work with autonomy, precision, and a results-driven mindset.

- Configure and customize key NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, Sales, etc.)
- Create and manage forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), lists, fields, and permissions.
- Train internal teams and end-users on best practices and daily operations.
- Document configurations and functional processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with other NetSuite specialists to ensure scalable, efficient solutions.
- Proven experience in NetSuite functional implementation or support (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and user management.




- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (documentation and technical communication).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with LATAM localization (Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico).
- Remote – LATAM
- Full-time (Independent contractor, invoiced monthly in USD)
- Compensation: USD 1,800 – 2,500 per month, depending on experience
