Requirements

Must have:

- .NET Framework 4 (and above)
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Postman
- Swagger

Nice to have:

- End Point Protection Engineer (AV-HIDS-HIPS-DLP)
- API interactions
- Libraries

Responsibilities

- Hybrid technical-operational role focusing on Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Handling incidents and validating issues.
- Executing tests and maintaining the AI-driven document classification system.




- Experience or foundational knowledge of core Azure services related to application hosting, security, and monitoring.
- Logging and managing incidents related to the EDisposition AI system.
- Applying documented solutions and escalating complex cases.
- Testing APIs and validating AI responses using Postman and Swagger.
- Coordinating updates and incident resolution via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Following SOPs and weekly operational updates for consistent support coverage.
- Generating support reports for the Records Management (REC) team.
