Responsibilities

- Provide the team with usability best practices
- Ensure visual fidelity, usability, and alignment with QuickSight capabilities
- Implement enhancements to improve the user experience of dashboards
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive user experiences
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and apply them to improve dashboard design and usability

Nice to have

- Experience designing interfaces for data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for validating visual components

Qualifications

- Experience providing usability best practices to development teams
- Strong understanding of visual fidelity, usability principles,



and alignment with QuickSight capabilities
- Proven ability to implement enhancements that improve dashboard user experience
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness
- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- English: Advanced (80–95%)
