Established U.S.-based CPA firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with advanced QuickBooks Desktop expertise to support multiple client accounts. This is a highly detail-oriented, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple U.S.-based clients
- Perform manual transaction entry from bank and credit card statements
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Journal entries and general ledger review
- Month-end close
- Identify and fix discrepancies
- Bulk transaction entry and imports when needed
- Communicate with clients via email and occasional calls/Zoom

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Desktop (mandatory)
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Experience with U.S.-based companies
- Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting
- Excellent English communication
- Client-facing experience
