ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains on a contract basis within a lean, high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team. You will troubleshoot production issues, design scalable solutions, and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions — with priority domains including Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets. The role requires 4+ years of Workday Financials experience and the ability to operate independently across multiple functional areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains
- Act as a adaptable resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand
- Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health




- Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday
- Experience supporting both production support and project-based work
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities
- Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains, including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, and Procurement
- Upper-intermediate English level

NICE TO HAVES

- VNDLY experience
- Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism
- Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
