Role Overview: A VMS (Vendor Management System) Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, optimization, and reporting of contingent workforce programs through the organization’s VMS platform. This role acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing suppliers, and program managers to ensure efficient and compliant use of the VMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the VMS platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics, spend, and supplier performance.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers.
- Troubleshoot VMS‑related issues and provide user support to internal teams and suppliers.
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT to align VMS processes with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the VMS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Understanding of contingent workforce management and procurement processes.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar analyst role within a large enterprise.
- Familiarity with MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs and supplier management.
