What You’ll Do
- ✔️ Analyze accounts to identify underpayments, denials, and missed charges.
- ✔️ Prepare and submit appeals, claim corrections, and follow-ups with payers and clearinghouses.
- ✔️ Reconcile payments, post adjustments, and ensure accurate account records.
- ✔️ Communicate with payer representatives and, when required, with patients to clarify balances and resolve discrepancies.
- ✔️ Track recovery metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce future revenue leakage.
- ✔️ Use CRM, billing systems, and Excel to document actions and maintain clear audit trails.
or collections (healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus).
- ✅ Technical comfort with Microsoft Excel and experience with EHR/billing/CRM software or clearinghouse platforms.
- ✅ Detail‑oriented mindset and strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
