Position Overview

We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Website Administrator to join our marketing team.

This hybrid role is approximately 50% Graphic Design and 50% WordPress Website Administration, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both creative design and web technology.

You'll help strengthen IGE's digital presence by creating compelling marketing materials while maintaining and improving our corporate websites. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure our brand remains modern, engaging, and technically optimized.

We are seeking someone with:

- Strong WordPress experience
- Excellent technical skills
- A passion for using AI tools to increase creativity and productivity

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design graphics for social media campaigns.
- Create brochures, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Design digital and print marketing materials.
- Create graphics for email campaigns.
- Design website graphics, banners, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Prepare award submissions and case study layouts.
- Edit and retouch photography.
- Design graphics for trade shows, branded environments, and corporate communications.




- Support the sales team with proposal graphics and presentations.
- Maintain IGE's brand standards across all marketing materials.
- Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library, including photos, videos, logos, and marketing files.
- Manage and maintain IGE's WordPress websites.
- Design and build new webpages, landing pages, and microsites.
- Upload and format case studies, blogs, news, portfolios, and website content.
- Improve website design, navigation, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
- Maintain responsive websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain WordPress plugins.
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance.
- Optimize website performance, page speed, SEO, and security.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, image optimization, and internal linking.
- Maintain and enhance custom WordPress themes.
- Perform layout updates, styling improvements, and template modifications.
- Coordinate with external developers when advanced custom development is needed.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, coding assistance, SEO, image generation, and workflow automation.

Required Skills

Graphic Design

- Advanced Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator
- Strong typography and layout skills




- Professional photo editing and retouching

WordPress & Web

- Advanced WordPress administration
- Experience with custom WordPress themes
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
- Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders
- HTML & CSS
- Basic PHP
- WordPress troubleshooting
- Google Analytics and website performance monitoring

AI & Technology

Experience using AI tools such as:

- ChatGPT
- Or similar AI platforms

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- 2+ years managing WordPress websites.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and website work.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 preferred).

- Figma
- HubSpot
- Mailchimp
- Experience in trade shows, experiential marketing, architecture, interior design, retail displays, or branded environments.
