We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires advanced expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize profitability and support growth initiatives. The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English, with strong communication skills to present insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and risks, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to drive financial discipline and performance improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc financial analyses.




- Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
- Assist with pricing analysis, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills in perfect English (mandatory).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Availability during U.S. EST business hours (7 am – 5 pm).
- Flexibility to work remotely.
