Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global delivery of Talent and Learning services across all regions.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality execution of Talent and Learning processes, including:
- Learning administration
- Learning management system (LMS) support
- Learning reporting and analytics
- Performance management support
- Career development processes
- Leadership development program administration
- Talent cycle support
- Maintain global service delivery standards.
- Drive operational excellence through standardization, simplification, and automation.
Strategy & Transformation
- Execute the Talent & Learning Tower roadmap aligned with the CBS and HR strategy.
- Identify opportunities for process redesign, automation, AI enablement, self-service expansion, and digitization.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee experience, scalability, and service efficiency.
- Support implementation of new Talent and Learning technologies and upgrades.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary CBS contact for Talent Management and Learning COEs.
- Partner with COE leaders to align service delivery with business and talent priorities.
- Manage metrics and dashboards communications to COE teams.
Employee Experience & Service Excellence
- Champion a seamless employee and manager experience across all Talent and Learning interactions.
- Utilize employee feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve NPS, and service quality metrics.
- Implement best practices focused on Moments That Matter within employee development journeys.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Maintain robust controls and documentation for Talent and Learning processes.
- Manage vendor compliance and third-party service provider performance.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 5+ years leading integral HR Shared Services, GBS, Talent Operations, or Learning Operations teams.
- Experience working within a multinational, matrixed organization.
- Proven experience leading global process standardization and transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing HR technologies, service management, and outsourced service providers.
