In the Client Success Associate (Clean Transportation) role, you'll help organizations maximize environmental credit opportunities, simplify regulatory compliance, and accelerate clean energy adoption. Job Overview

- Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
- Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Consecutive Off
- Work Setup: Hybrid, Colombia
- 5 days work week

The Qualifications We Seek

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related role




- Excellent written communication skills with a professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
- Positive, proactive attitude with the flexibility to manage ad hoc tasks and changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and PDF software
- Strong time management, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), Oregon Clean Fuel Program (CFP), or other clean fuel regulatory programs
- Experience using Salesforce
- Knowledge of clean transportation, fleet operations, renewable energy, or environmental commodities
- Experience managing, retaining, and growing client accounts

Your Daily Tasks

- Partner closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients.
- Guide clients through complex regulatory programs to maximize the value of their credit-generating activities and accelerate clean equipment adoption.
- Collaborate with partners, regulatory agencies, and vendors to manage credit-generation activities and reporting requirements.
- Develop expertise in environmental commodities regulations, operational processes, policies, and service offerings.
- Learn and apply state-specific clean transportation certification rules and procedures.




- Demonstrate the company's clean transportation platform and services to clients and partners within applicable regulatory and commodity frameworks.
- Educate clients and partners on environmental commodity markets and participation requirements.
- Process client assets accurately and on time, and submit consumption and generation reports to regulatory agencies within established deadlines.
- Assist with the registration of clean transportation assets for participation in Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) programs in California, Oregon, emerging U.S. clean transportation markets, and Canadian clean fuel programs.
- Support application processing, existing client services, and expansion into new regulatory programs and markets.
- Deliver onboarding training and ongoing support to help clients access and use the company’s platform, manage accounts, maintain asset inventories, and complete transactions.
- Respond to client inquiries by providing guidance, tools, and information required for onboarding and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure onboarding activities are completed successfully and transitioned into ongoing service management.onalism, credibility, and a customer‑first mindset.
