Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first and second-level technical support.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues.
- Support user account management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in desktop and technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- English communication is mandatory.
