The Position

Deja tu Huella - Medical Information and Medical Collaborations & Operations Intern

What do we offer?

11 months of internship at Roche with participation in challenging projects and pioneering postgraduate training. You will receive on‑the‑job training by working on key projects from Monday to Thursday and attend in‑person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday. Office attendance is expected (with some flexibility) to enjoy connection with colleagues, network and get exposure. You will receive mentorship from a senior Roche tutor who will provide continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The program is based in Madrid; relocation will be required.

Purpose of this internship

This program provides cross‑functional exposure, splitting the tenure between the Medical Information and Medical Collaborations & Operations units. The intern will drive innovation through digital transformation, leveraging AI to optimize medical search strategies and data mapping across therapeutic areas such as Lung and Hematology, and operational excellence by streamlining workshop design, identifying process efficiencies, and gaining experience in publication management.

Responsibilities





- Integrated into the activities of the Medical Collaborations and Operations team, contributing to operational excellence and identifying process efficiencies.
- Participate in the generation of periodic reports and send them along with the MCO experts.
- Gain hands‑on experience in publication management.
- Train in tasks performed in medical information, handling various tools and interacting with the departments that Medical Information supports.

Qualifications

- Recent graduates or university students obtaining a degree in summer 2026 in healthcare sciences.
- Scientific profile, proactive, creative, innovative mindset, teamwork attitude and knowledge of AI.
- Advanced level of communication in English and Spanish.
- Desirable to have international experience as a student or working abroad.
- Passion for improving patients’ lives and motivation to give the best of yourself in an innovative and challenging environment.
- Commitment to dedicate yourself full time to the program from September 2026 to August 2027.
- For international students, a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.
