Performante

Bogotá

Performante is a digital agency where creativity meets performance. We specialize in building and executing corporate and employer branding strategies. We manage social media accounts, run campaigns, and deliver exceptional creative solutions for brands all over the world. We offer a unique work culture in multicultural and international, yet cozy environment. Let’s connect! Explore how we can thrive together!

How we work

We're a remote-first team, spread all over the world. At the same time, sometimes you may be asked to attend meetings in person, so being open to this is important for us.

Because we work with clients and team members across different countries and time zones, there will also be days when you'll need to start earlier or stay online a little longer. These situations aren't the norm, but they do happen, and we're looking for someone who accepts them as part of working in a dynamic, international environment.

The good news? We believe flexibility should go both ways. When you go the extra mile for the team and our clients, we'll do the same for you. We trust our team members to manage their time responsibly, maintain a healthy work-life balance and communicate openly when they need flexibility themselves.

Our culture is built on mutual trust, ambition, continuous learning and a genuine willingness to help one another succeed. We hire people who take ownership, enjoy solving problems and aren't afraid to step outside their job description when the team needs them.

If that sounds like the kind of environment you'd enjoy, we'd love to meet you!

About the role

You don't need years of experience to succeed in this role. What matters most to us is your attitude.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate that they're proactive, take initiative and are genuinely ambitious about their own development.

Whether through previous work, university projects, volunteering, side projects or other experiences, we'd love to see examples of times when you stepped up, took ownership or went beyond what was expected.

You will have the opportunity to learn quickly through hands-on work, mentoring and continuous feedback. We offer an intensive onboarding and development process designed to help you build new skills and take on increasing responsibility in a relatively short period of time.

Your growth, however, depends on more than our support. The people who thrive here are naturally curious, ask questions, seek feedback, take ownership and continuously look for ways to improve.

If you're excited by steep learning curves and want to accelerate your career, we'll provide the support to help you succeed, but your engagement and commitment will be the key to making that journey successful.

What you'll do

- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients across Latin America
- Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams
- Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships
- Prepare project timelines, tasks and meeting notes

We're looking for someone who

- Has 0,5–2 years of professional experience (internships or student engagement welcome)
- Is highly organised and has strong attention to detail
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is proactive and takes ownership and responsibility for their work
- Is curious, eager to learn and actively seeks feedback
- Thinks in solutions rather than problems
- Enjoys challenges and adapts quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Has excellent Spanish (native) and English (min. C1) communication skills
- Has very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google tools
- Has strong interest in digital marketing and/or employer branding/
- Is based in Colombia, Bogota

Nice to have

- Experience in project coordination, marketing, communications
- Experience using project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello or similar)
- Experience working with b2b clients

What we offer

- Remote work and flexible working hours
- Medical healthcare and gym card shared reimbursement
- A steep learning curve - you'll gain practical skills much faster than in many traditional organisations
- Continuous learning and development opportunities - after all, your development is in our interest!
- International projects with well-known integral brands
- Work in an international and casual environment with a culture of openness, mutual support and professionalism
- Opportunities to practice English and Spanish with your colleagues on a daily basis at work
