Operations Specialist Jr

Are you looking to start your career in logistics and freight operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team and support daily transportation operations while learning from experienced logistics specialists.

Location: Medellín, Colombia (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Colombia Time) / (EST)

English Level: B2

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with coordinating FTL shipments and logistics operations from booking through final delivery.
- Communicate load updates and status changes to carriers, brokers, and customers.
- Enter shipment information and maintain accurate records in TMS and other operational systems.
- Escalate operational issues, delays,



and exceptions to senior logistics specialists when necessary.
- Support the operations team with documentation, administrative tasks, and data entry.

Requirements

- Experience: 1 year in logistics, transportation, operations, or related fields.
- Education: Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree (in progress or recently completed).
- Ability to perform tasks under direct supervision while learning foundational logistics and freight operations skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
