Junior Art Director (Bilingual) in Omnicom Production

Omnicom Production is looking for a talented and design-driven Junior Art Director to join our creative team.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who combines strong visual design capabilities with attention to detail, production excellence, and a passion for creating impactful digital experiences. You will help bring large-scale campaigns to life, contributing to creative solutions that influence how millions of consumers discover and purchase products every day.

Working closely with US-based creative, production, and project management teams, you will play a key role in crafting engaging digital content while maintaining the highest standards of design quality and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop visually compelling creative assets across multiple digital channels.
- Design and execute campaigns for paid social, digital display, and e-commerce environments.
- Create premium compositions using photo manipulation, image retouching, and strong layout design principles.
- Solve visual hierarchy and content organization challenges with thoughtful and effective design solutions.
- Build and maintain production-ready files using Figma components, libraries, and design systems.
- Adapt creative concepts across various formats and specifications while preserving design integrity.
- Support the development and optimization of scalable templates and visual toolkits.
- Utilize automation tools and workflow efficiencies to enhance creative output.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate workflows and elevate creative execution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design,



Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4+ years of experience in design, branding, advertising, or digital creative environments.
- Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An online portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, typography, layout, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, design systems, responsive layouts, and library management.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of digital design specifications for web, display, e-commerce, and mobile environments.
- Ability to work standard US Pacific Time (PST) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Figma automation tools, templates, or workflow optimization plugins.
- Experience supporting seasonal or promotional campaigns in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, or grocery brands.
- Familiarity with large asset libraries and image sourcing.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or digital motion design is a plus.
