- Define the scope, deliverables, and objectives of each project, aligning expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build detailed work plans, including timelines, milestones, and required resources for seamless execution.
- Lead implementation efforts across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet their intended goals on time and within budget.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators, and produce progress and outcome reports.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in collaboration with external entities such as NGOs, companies, or government bodies.
- Proven track record managing complex projects with measurable impact,



across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable managing cross‑functional teams and adapting to evolving project scopes.
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting tools, and data‑driven project evaluation.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of managing bilingual communications and documentation.
- Passionate about education, innovation, and social impact through learning.
