How you create impact

- Coordinate and monitor customs import and nationalization processes
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, internal procedures, and operational requirements
- Manage documentation and operational follow‑up related to customs clearance activities
- Support communication and operational coordination with clients, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Handle processes related to ICA and INVIMA requirements and validations
- Monitor operational timelines and support resolution of customs‑related issues or discrepancies
- Ensure service quality and operational efficiency throughout the customs process




- Provide continuous follow‑up and support across assigned customs operations

What we would like you to bring

- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs agencies or customs operations
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, sanction regimes, nationalization processes, and ICA/INVIMA procedures
- Experience managing clients and coordinating customs operational processes
- Previous experience in import operations, customs documentation, or customs registrations is highly valued
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in dynamic operational environments and manage multiple priorities
- English is considered a plus but is not mandatory for the position
