What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping business teams make informed decisions by transforming complex datasets into reliable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate ambiguous business problems from end to end, transforming broad questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Analyze raw, structured, and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Evaluate data quality and identify inconsistencies, missing information, duplicates, and integrity issues.
- Trace data problems to their root cause and document findings and transformation logic.
- Apply statistical reasoning and hypothesis testing to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain repeatable analytical workflows and automated data processes.
- Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data.




- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to improve data quality and data collection processes.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences through concise and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role with direct involvement in data analysis (not exclusively reporting or dashboard creation).
- 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries against relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- 1+ year of experience using Python or R for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience working with raw, large-scale, or unstructured datasets.
- Experience documenting data transformations, assumptions, and analytical processes.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
