Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance to company partners throughout all stages of cooperation
- Design, validate, and implement technical solutions aligned with customer needs and defined business objectives
- Work closely with Sales, R&D;, Support, QA, BA, and Product Management teams to resolve technical challenges and align on solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and training sessions for partners and internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Actively participate in beta testing of new products and services, providing expert feedback to refine and improve solutions
- Support new product launches by ensuring technical readiness, partner enablement, and internal knowledge alignment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support solution positioning and product feedback
- Represent Ajax Systems at industry conferences, exhibitions, and professional events

Qualifications

- Technical background with professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, security, IT, telecommunications, or related industries
- Working knowledge of engineering fundamentals and electronics, including electronic components and circuit diagrams
- Languages:



Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven experience delivering presentations, webinars, and technical trainings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technical information, products, and technologies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions
- Ability to negotiate and confidently justify technical decisions to customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and willing to travel for business trips, industry events, conferences, and trade shows
