ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Operations Lead to manage and improve the full employee lifecycle within a fast-growing US-based organization. This role requires a strong combination of recruiting expertise, HR operations knowledge, employee relations experience, and process improvement capabilities. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts, develops, and supports top talent while maintaining scalable people processes, operational excellence, and compliance standards. This position offers significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of the HR function as the organization grows.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of Human Resources experience across recruiting, HR operations, and employee relations
- Advanced English level (C1+), both written and verbal
- Valid US Visawith the ability to travel to the United States when required
- Experience supportingUS-based companiesor international organizations
- Experience with HRIS,ATS,payroll systems, and process improvement initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening,



interview coordination, and candidate communicationPartner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel data across company systemsEnsure HR policies, procedures, and documentation remain current and consistently appliedServe as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related mattersHelp foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment across teamsCreate, update, and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, employee resources, and knowledge bases Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve operational efficiencyLeverage HR systems and tools to improve reporting, data accuracy, and overall employee experience
