About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst with 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or finance operations.

This is an execution-focused role supporting a U.S.-based enterprise procurement team. The position centers on purchase order processing, ERP system updates, SLA compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in structured, ticket-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process internal sourcing and purchasing requests.
- Convert approved requests into Purchase Orders (POs) within ERP systems.
- Manage PO updates, revisions, and change requests.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement records and documentation.
- Monitor SLAs and complete tasks within defined timelines.
- Support audit readiness by gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders regarding PO status and process updates.
- Support data cleanup,



reporting, and ERP system updates.
- Manage procurement-related tickets and workflow queues.

Basic Qualifications

- Advanced English skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Required Experience

- 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, supply chain, or finance operations support.
- Hands‑on experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
- Experience working in SLA-driven or ticket-based environments.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Oracle Fusion.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Experience in shared services, BPO, or global enterprise environments.
- Basic reporting or data analysis experience.
