KeyResponsibilities

ClientConsultation&FinancialAssessment;

- Conductin-depthfinancialconsultationsviaphonetoevaluateeachclient’sdebtobligations,income,assets, andmonthlyexpenses.

- Reviewandanalyzecreditreports,billingstatements, andpaymenthistoriestoassesseligibilityforfinancialwellnessprograms.

- Developpersonalizedfinancialplansfocusedoneliminatinghigh-interestunsecureddebtefficientlyandaffordably.

- Provideclear,educated, andempatheticfinancialadvicetailoredtoeachclient’suniquesituation.

Sales &ProgramEnrollment;

- Present andrecommendthemostappropriatefinancialprogramoptionsbasedontheclient’sprofile.

- Handleobjectionsprofessionally,buildingconfidenceand trustthroughoutthesalesprocess.





- Meet andexceedmonthlyenrollmenttargets and performanceKPIs.

- Followupwithprospectiveclientstonurtureinterestandmovethemthroughthepipelineeffectively.

Communication& ClientExperience

- Manageinboundandoutboundcallsusingamulti-linephonesystem,ensuringpromptandprofessionalresponses.

- Communicateeffectivelybothverballyand inwriting,maintainingatonethatisclear,empathetic, andsolution-focused.

- Documentallclientinteractions, data, andprogramdetailsaccuratelyintheCRMsystem.

- Collaboratewithinternalteams(operations,compliance,clientsuccess)toensureasmoothonboardingexperience.

- Availability to work on site in Medelllin.

- Excelentcommunicationskillsin English (C1)

- Previousexperienceincreditand/orcollections,financialplanningand salespreferred.

- Ability tocommunicateeffectivelybothorallyand inwrittenform.

- Knowledge and useofPCSystems.
