Overview

We are looking for a paid media professional with a strong interest in developing expertise in Programmatic Advertising. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital media who is eager to expand their skills, work across leading programmatic platforms, and grow within a data-driven media environment.

Responsibilities

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
- Programmatic DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Yahoo) – preferred.




- Meta Ads (Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads).
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- TikTok Ads.
- LinkedIn Ads.

- Experience managing campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, lead generation, and/or conversions.
- Experience managing budgets, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, keywords, ad creation, and bid optimization.
- Ability to generate and analyze performance reports from paid media platforms

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in paid media, with hands‑on experience in one or more platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic DSPs.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
