Senior Accountant

Medellín | Hybrid | Full-time

At ABA Tech, we're strengthening our finance team and looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in reconciliation, reporting, and system-driven environments.

What you'll do

- Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure GL accuracy
- Perform P&L; reviews and variance analysis
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial schedules
- Work with NetSuite & Coupa to ensure data consistency
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues with IT/Finance teams
- Support audits and improve accounting processes

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- 4-6 years of experience in GL accounting & reconciliations
- Strong NetSuite experience (required)
- Knowledge of GAAP and close processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- English B2+ or higher
