Talent Acquisition Analyst (Temporary Position)

What you’ll do

- Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles using multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with position requirements.
- Ensure all candidate information and resumes are accurate and up to date.
- Manage candidate feedback and provide timely communication throughout the selection process.
- Collaborate closely with your supervisor to prioritize requisitions and recruitment strategies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition process.

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.




- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media recruitment tools.
- A proactive, analytical, and team-oriented mindset.
