About the Role:

We're looking for a remote Field Operations Specialist to join our Site Operations Team. In this role, you'll support a distributed network of independent site technicians across the US, helping them troubleshoot issues in the field and ensuring survey operations run smoothly. You'll also play an active role in sourcing and onboarding new technicians to meet ongoing demand.

Working hours are structured around our on-site surveying window. Schedules are either Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM CST (5x8) or Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM CST (4x10).

This is an entry-level position. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support site technicians across the US with real-time remote troubleshooting related to drone operations, structural measurements, and electrical documentation.
- Source, recruit, and onboard new subcontractor technicians to maintain consistent coverage across active markets.
- Coordinate survey scheduling for residential job sites.
- Handle incident reporting and follow up on issues in a timely,



professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication. Expect to spend roughly half your day on the phone.
- Comfortable building working relationships with a wide range of independent contractors.
- Familiarity with residential or commercial construction is an asset, but not required.
- Experience with drones or surveying equipment is an asset, but not required.
