RVStaffing is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare organization specializing in medical tourism to hire a Social Media Manager. This company connects international patients with high-quality healthcare services in Colombia and is looking for a creative marketing professional to help grow its premium brand by creating engaging content for a U.S.-based audience.

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, creative Social Media Manager to own the company's social media presence from concept to execution. This role is responsible for creating compelling content that highlights patient transformations, provider expertise, and the overall experience of traveling to Colombia for treatment.

This is a content creation role, not simply a content scheduling position. The idóneo candidate is comfortable filming, editing, writing, and collaborating directly with providers and patients to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and generates new patient inquiries.

What Youll Do

- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Capture photos and videos on-site, including patient testimonials, before-and-after transformations, provider interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Produce lifestyle and travel-related content showcasing the patient experience, accommodations, local attractions, and treatment journey.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance content production, including copywriting, image generation, video enhancement, motion graphics, and voice-over creation.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and marketing copy in fluent English for a U.S.-based audience.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) following current social media trends and platform best practices.
- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor comments and direct messages,

- Track key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, audience growth, and lead generation.
- Stay up to date on emerging social media trends, AI marketing tools, and developments within the healthcare and medical tourism industries.
- Coordinate content consent and filming schedules with patients during their visits.

What Youll Bring to the Team

- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for a business, brand, healthcare organization, or similar environment with proven results.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience using AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or comparable platforms.
- Comfortable directing and appearing on camera when needed.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects independently.
- Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or medical tourism is highly preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and managed social media accounts is required.
