At Lean Solutions Group, we continue growing and are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in a fully onsite role in Bogotá.

What youll do In this role, you will ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement across operational processes through KPI tracking, internal audits, and process standardization, while supporting initiatives that enhance service performance.

What were looking for
Academic Background Bachelors degree or final semesters in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in QA roles Quality Analyst, QA Coordinator, or similar
Experience in auditing processes, ideally within BPO environments




Key Skills Knowledge
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and KPI analysis
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with process documentation SOPs, flowcharts, etc.
Advanced Excel and office tools
Intermediate to advanced English level
Soft Skills
Critical thinking and problemsolving
Effective communication
Strong organization and time management
