Key Responsibilities
Legal Intake Client Assessment Conduct detailed initial intakes via inbound and outbound calls, filtering cases and gathering critical data from clients under highquality standards.
Documentation Correspondence Draft letters of representation, official legal correspondence, and fill out case reports with high technical accuracy.
Case File Management Ensure all client documentation is collected, processed,
and meticulously organized within Dropbox.
Email Management Oversee, prioritize, and respond to professional email communications efficiently.
Skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience for the BPO industry
Advanced english level B2 or C1
