What Youll Do

Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience across every interaction.

Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and excellence.

Welcome customers, identify their needs, and connect them with the right solutions.

Build strong relationships through proactive communication and followup.

Resolve customer concerns with sound judgment and a customerfirst mindset.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Educate customers about our luxury products, services, and Interior Design offerings.

Identify opportunities to connect customers with design professionals.





Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Luxury Sales, or similar customerfacing roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong problemsolving and relationshipbuilding abilities.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Experience working with CRM platforms, customer service tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Schedule Availability Requirements

This position requires full schedule flexibility.

Availability to work Monday through Sunday
42 hours per week
2 days off per week rotational schedule
Shifts may be scheduled between 800 AM and 900 PM
Candidates must be comfortable working varying schedules based on business needs
